Dena Bank Recruitment 2017 –

DENA BANK (Government of India Enterprise) is a leading provider of complete range of banking services to its clients.  The Bank is aggressively expanding its operations.  The Bank  proposes  to  appoint  an  Internal  Ombudsman  as  Chief  Customer  Service  Officer (CCSO) (one position) on contract basis. Name of Posts: Chief General Chief  Customer  Service  Officer (CCSO)
Educational Qualification: Retired Chief General Manager / General Manager from a Scheduled Commercial Bank, preferably other than Dena Bank.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Branch / Zonal Office, and should have a minimum of two years experience as Chief General Manager / General Manager.
Age  : Not more than 65 years as on the date of appointment i.e. tentatively on 01/01/2018.
Job description (in brief) : The system of  Internal Ombudsman as Chief Customer Service Officer  (CCSO) is being introduced in the Bank as per the Damodaran Committee recommendations on Customer Service. The CCSO of the Bank is required to act as the Internal Ombudsman of the Bank to  strengthen  the  grievance  redressal  mechanism  and  to  reduce  the  complaints  to Banking Ombudsman. 
Selection Process: Selection process will consist of Personal Interaction / Interview conducted by the Selection Committee.
How to Apply: The applicants are advised to fill their applications strictly as per the format provided by Bank  on  its  website  (  The  application  form  should  be  typed  or neatly handwritten in English on a good quality “White A- 4 size” paper. The application must  have  the  latest  passport  size  photograph  affixed  and  duly  signed  across. Application must be complete in all respects. Incomplete and illegible applications will be rejected.
Applicants  are  advised  to  submit  the  application  in  the  prescribed  format  hosted  on  the Bank‟s  website  at  latest  by  24-11-2017  (01-12-2017  for  Far-flung Areas) after carefully going through all the instructions given in the advertisement.
The application form, along with self-attested copies of relevant certificate/s, may be sent by Speed Post only. Name of Posts: Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC)
Job Locations: Botad, Sabarkantha, Silvassa (UT of DNH) & Kachchh (Bhuj) District
Educational Qualification: A graduate degree from recognized University. Preference will be  given  to  having  post  graduate  degree  in  the  area  of Agriculture,  Veterinary  Science,  Sociology,  Psychology  and Social work.  Should be well conversant with the local language. Should possess flair for teaching and computer knowledge.
Experience : Shall  be  an  Officer  with  10  years  of  experience  in  any Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of service in PSU Bank. He/  She  should  possess  satisfactory  service  certificate  from previous employer
Selection procedures for FLC Counsellors Interview for contract basis:
Age :  Maximum age at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 65 years subject to good health. 
Application Fee: Rs.400/-  :  General & OBC category Rs. 50/-  :  Reserved  category  (SC/ST/Physically Handicapped) 
Remuneration  : A  Consolidated  remuneration  of  Rs.18000/-  including  HA/TA (conveyance expenses) will be paid for hiring services of counselors for  each  completed  calendar  month,  of  which  Rs.  5000/-  per  month will  be  as  HA/TA  (conveyance  expenses)  for  conducting  Financial Literacy Camps, subject to the condition that minimum 15 days have to  be  spent  in  conducting  Financial  literacy  camp  at  villages  in  the district, failing which conveyance expenses @ Rs. 200/- per day for actual numbers of days visit to villages will be paid.

Job Description : Work  as  Faculty  of  the  Institute  handling  sessions  relating  to  entrepreneurship, motivation,  personality  development,  business  management,  conducting  business games  etc  guiding  /educating  the  trainees,  and  coordinate  the  programmes  of  the Institute.
Selection Process : The selection process will comprise of:
