Age Limit:- MPHW: 18 Years to 29 Years
- FHW: 18 Years to 40 Years
- Age Relaxation will be applicable as per the Rules.
Qualification:- MPHW: Min.S.S.C. Pass and Basic course(1 Years) of Multi Purpose Health Worker Or Sanitary Inspector Examination passed.
- FHW: Min. S.S.C Pass and Basic course of Female Health Worker Or A.N.M. Course.
Exam Fee: Rs.100/– Plus
Rs.12/- Postal Service Charges.
(No Exam fees for Reserved/Handicapped/ Candidates ) Pay Scale:
Rs.5,300/– Fix for first five years for
both Posts. Note:- Candidates should have basic knowledge of computer application.
- Good knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi Language is Essential.
