Introduction about IIM SMILEAs a part of community outreach programme, Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad in association with Wagh Bakri Tea Group and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, has set up a supplementary education/resource center called SMILE (Student Mediated Initiative for Learning to Excel) under the Gyan Shakti Marg flyover for the benefit of underprivileged students living in and around Vastrapur. The center would be open 24 hours to any student who wishes to use the resources at the center, and classes are conducted for students belonging to standards 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th (Science, Arts and Commerce). Going forward the center would induce vocational training to students and dropouts.

The Program need a secondary / Higher Secondary Teacher (Gujarati Medium) who can provide academic support to smile students.
