GACL Job details Name of posts: Management Trainee (HR)
Educational qualification: Candidates Need to A Post graduate degree in Management with a focus on HR such as MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW, full time course from a reputed university / institute.
Experience : All Candidates having abovementioned qualification, having interest and knowledge of HR functions, Current practices including talent acquisition, Career Planning, Training & Development, General Administration and Public Relations etc are eligible for the job. He/ She should be well conversant with Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Management and compliance related activities. Candidate should be able to liaison with statutory authorities for Industrial Relations/ Human Resource matters. Candidate should be well aware of trends in the area of compensation & benefit. Computer literacy, good communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Hindi are essential. Knowledge of reading, writing and speaking Gujarati would be highly desirable.
