Educational qualification: Legal Officer: B.Com Graduate with L. L. B (Special) (Full time) from a recognized University,
Security Officer: Ex- Serviceman, Graduate or equivalent from recognized unviersity or Ministry of Defence Certificate course in Industrial Security
Experience : Legal Officer : The candidate should have min. 03-05 years of experience of drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, replies, affidavits, pleadings, plaints, complaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, revisions, statements of claim etc. He/ She should have experience in handling civil, consumer, criminal, land and arbitration matters and should be able to co-ordinate with internal departments of the organization for drafting, finalization and execution of agreements related to various transactions and also be able to liaison with advocates and solicitors in various litigations and seeking their advise. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation skills and should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS office.
Security Officer : The candidate should be an Ex- Serviceman from Defense / Central paramilitary forces with atleast 5 years experience in handling security in industry, preferably chemical industry. He should be medically fir in medical category SHAPE-I or equivalent. The candidate should be responsible for shift duties, access control, monitoring, vigilance input, reporting irregularities, violation lapses. He / She should be able to forecast and plan to control any uneventful condition and should have ability to work under anycircumstances. The candidate should have effective communication skills, conversant with Gujarati / English/ Hindi language and working and operating knowledge of computer is must.
Job Location: Baroda & Dahej
