Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible male candidates for recruitment of Greaser in Group „C‟ post in the Customs Marine Wing in the jurisdiction of Customs
Gujarat Zone (includes the State of Gujarat and U.T. of Daman and Diu): Total No. of Posts: 13 Posts Name of Posts: Greaser
Essential:- (i) 10th class or equivalent (i) Three years experience in sea going mechanized vessel on main and auxiliary machinery maintenance.
Desirable:- Certificate of competency as “Engine Driver of fishing vessel issued by Marine Mercantile Department.”
Age Limit: Between 18-25 years
Fees : There is no Application Fee
Pay Scale : Greaser Pay Band-1, Pre- revised scale (5200- 20200) + Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
Selection Process : The selection of the candidates will be based on Written Examination, the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for Written Examination and /or Skill test as the case may be and also subject to Medical Fitness.
