About GIPCL : GIPCL is a Rs. 3,800 crore asset base fast growing power generating company with more than 1000 MW installed capacity power plants having its own captive Lignite Mines at Nani Naroli, near Surat. The company has a 310 MW gas based power plant at Baroda, a 500 MW lignite based plant at, Nani Naroli, Dist. Surat, 112 MW of Wind power generation and 87 MW of Solar power generation. Name of Post : COMPANY SECRETARY & DGM (Legal)
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary with LL.B.
Experience: At least 17 years of post qualification experience in a large industrial organization of which minimum 8 years as Head of the Secretarial Department. He should have thorough knowledge of matters relating to Company Laws, SEBI, Stock Exchange and other statutory compliances & legal provisions, ensuring compliance as per requirements of other statutory agencies. Person should have legal background.
Age Limit : Not more than 50 Years. Package : Approximately in the range of Rs.18 to Rs. 27 lakhs p.a. considering overall profile of the candidate.
