ACPC will publish online registration for Gujarat Engineering counselling 2019 on 1st June 2019 and has ended on July 13, 2019. Final Merit List for ACPC Engineering Admission 2019 was announced on 22nd July 2019. ACPC Engineering counselling First Allotment List 2019 was published on 13 July 2019. Online Admission Registration Process :
- Admission Advertisement in leading news papers.
- Booklet/PIN purchase from designated branches of ICICI Bank.
- Online Registration on gujacpc.nic.in.
- Online Filling of form and confirmation of Registration.
- Document verification atdesignated helpcentre (if applicable).
Choice filling and admission confirmation:
- After registration process, ACPC will declare academic details and merit list of all eligible canddiates. Candidate needs to verify merit number and categoery as mentioned in registration details.
- After merit declaration, choice filling will be initiated online. Candidate are advised to fill maximum number of choices available to ensure admission.
- First round of choice filling will be Mock round. After declaration of its result and based on given analysis, candidate should modify their choices or add more choices if not able to secure admission for actual round.
- After choice filling for actual round, ACPC will allot admission on basis of merit and choices given by candidate.
- If candidate wishes to confirm admission, he needs to pay token fee through designated bank branches or online payment.
- It is mandatory to get admission slip online after paying token fee to confirm the admission allotted.
Reporting at Institute:
If the admitted candidate is NOT willing to participate in the next round of admission in order to upgrade his admission, he has to immediately report to the allotted Institute for registration with Information Letter, Admission Slip, Bank Challan OR Online Fee Receipt and photo copies of all documents. The candidate is not required to submit original certificates/ documents at the institute. The candidate is also not required to make any payment in any manner or on any head until and unless the admission of the current year is declared closed officially by ACPC or notified by this committee. The committee shall notify the last date of reporting at institute, failing which the allotted seat will be treated as cancelled.
Guidiline for Vacant Seats admission, Cancellation & Fee refund :
The candidate willing to participate in vacant seats round at institute level shall have to follow the steps as specified in notification/Booklet to become eligible for vacant seat round of admission.If a candidate takes part in vacant seat admission round without cancelling his earlier allotted seat in online admission process and secures seat in vacant seat round. The cancellation and refund of seat already allotted to him in online counselling shall be as per prevailing rule of notification. In such cases, since the online schedule of cancellation is already over, the refund will only be applicable if the seat vacated by candidate gets filled in the vacant seat round at concerned institute. If the seat remains vacant, the candidate shall not be eligible to get refund of token fee paid and the institute can demand one semester fee. Thus the aspiring candidates are advised to take note of this provision and finalise their status of admission before completion of online cancellation process.
Distribution of Seats between Candidates of Gujarat Board and Other Boards.
For the purpose of admission, a common merit list will be prepared as per prevailing rules for Candidates of above mentioned boards whose schools are located in State of Gujarat, Diu Daman & Dadra Nagar Haveli (U.T.) provided percentile marks are available for concerned board.For the purpose of admission, the available seats shall be distributed based on the merit list prepared as stated in below mentioned paragraph of Preparation of Merit. In case of non-availability of percentile marks from any of the Boards, then the available seats shall be distributed between candidates of the Boards for which percentile marks are available and other Boards for which percentile marks are not available, on pro-rata basis taking into consideration the two merit lists prepared as per provisions of prevailing rules.

The merit list of the candidates who have applied for admission in the manner prescribed by the Admission Committee, within the prescribed time limit and who are found eligible for admission under admission rules time to time, shall be prepared in the following manner, namely:-

For the same online e- PIN will be made available from Dt. 01-06-2019 from www.gujacpc.nic.in. - After online registration, the candidate has to submit print-out of registration form and self-attested photo copies (Not Originals) of the required documents at nearby Help Centre from 01/06/2019 to 12/06/2019 up to 5:00pm.
- Now Starting ACPC Engineer / Pharmacy Admission Process as per Gujarat Counceling.
- The requisite Acknowledgement slip after submission of registration form is to be collected from Help Centre.
