MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in Concerned Specialist from Government recognized university / colleges.
Age limit
Not exceeding 37 years as on interview date
Application Fee
Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheques payble in favour of ‘ESI Fund A/C No. 1’ payble at Ahmedabad. SC / ST / PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process
Final Selection will be based on personal interview

Required to candidates with dully filled in application form (Annexure-A) should appear for walk in interview with their application along with original certificates and one set photo copy of self attested of the relevant documents in support, passport size photographs, age proof, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc.
