MIDHANI, a Mini Ratna-1 and an ISO 9001-2008 company, is a hi tech Metallurgical industry under the  administrative   control   of   Defence, engaged  in  the   manufacture  of   super   alloys  and  special steels, titanium alloys in various mill form and shapes for strategic sectors like Defence, Space, Atomic Energy and also for Commercial sectors. The company is looking for high performing, dynamic and highly skilled technical/ non- technical hands in Non-Executive cadre in the following areas:

  • Junior Operative Trainees (JOT):45 Posts [Fresh – 24, (07 Years) Experience – 21]
    • For freshers: SSC+ITI with NAC
  • Senior Operative Trainees (SOT):41 Posts
    • For freshers: SSC+ITI with NAC
  • Junior Assistants:21 Posts
    • Graduation (except professional courses like Engineering/ Technology/Medicine) with relevant certificate course in PC Operation (MS office) from reputed/recognized institution OR Degree having PC operation (MS Office) as one of the subjects is essential with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in relevant area. Pass in type writing higher (English/Hindi) is preferable.
Trade wise Vacancies:
  • Junior Operative Trainees: Fitter – 27 (Fresher – 11, 07 Years Exp Candidates – 16) , Electrician – 09 (Fresher – 04, 07 Years Exp Candidates – 05), Machinist – 03 (Freshers), Turner – 02 (Freshers), Carpentry – 02 (Freshers), Plumber – 01 (Fresher), Mason – 01 (Freshers).
  • Senior Operative Trainees: Mechanical – 11 (02 Years Exp – 06, 05 Years Exp – 05), Metallurgy – 26 (02 Years Exp – 22, 05 Years Exp – 04), Civil – 01 (02 Years Exp), Electrical – 03 (02 Years Exp – 01, 05 Years Exp – 02).
